Scheduling group training can be challenging. Shutting down production, accommodating for missing employees and engaging employees in competency-based classroom training can be challenging. Our on-line interactive training system provides you with hundreds of topics to choose from for your work environment and OSHA training requirements.
Your company gets its own training portal in which employees can receive their training and you can assess their progress. This also includes recordkeeping and documentation for organization and compliance. Many of our online training courses are available in both English and Spanish.

Web-Based OSHA Training to Fit Your Schedule
Online OSHA compliance training provides your company with the opportunity to easily keep your employees properly trained and current on the topics required for your industry. While courses such as CPR, First Aid, and AED training should be taken in a classroom environment, it is not necessary for others. Many OSHA-mandated training courses can be taken online from the convenience of the workplace without having to manage the logistics of group classroom training. Records are kept within the learning management system (LMS), simplifying documentation and recordkeeping.
The cost savings achieved by using or transitioning to online safety training cannot be understated. Time savings alone contributes to fewer hours managing training programs and less time off the job for workers. Instructor-led classroom training typically requires a minimum number of attendees and costs more simply because of the instructor’s time. Those costs can increase if the instructor must be bilingual, whereas online training is written and/or recorded in multiple languages. For courses with standard material, where online, video-based instruction can deliver the information with the same quality as an instructor, the decision is clear.
